1 \u2013 Quels produits sont garantis?<\/strong><\/h4>

All products supplied by the seller are covered by the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the civil code. If a product sold is not compliant, it may be returned to the seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.<\/p>

All claims and exchange or refund requests must be made within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date.<\/p>

2 \u2013 O\u00f9 aller pour le service de garantie?<\/strong><\/h4>

Customers are invited to contact TENDANCE'HERB, either by email at contact@edencolor.com or by phone at (0)5 82 95 46 28. TENDANCE'HERB will endeavor to find a solution to the problem.<\/p>

3 \u2013 Puis-je \u00e9changer ou renvoyer un article?<\/strong><\/h4>

Buyers have a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without cause and without penalty within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the items to return the product (in its original packaging, unopened, unused, unmodified, unwashed, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, employment notices and documentation) to the seller for exchange or refund.<\/p>

Return procedure:<\/p>

  • Customers are encouraged to send an email to contact@edencolor.com indicating their invoice reference, the details of the products they wish to return, and the reason for the return.<\/li>
  • The return must be made by colissimo accompanied by the invoice number to the following address:<\/li><\/ul>
